Wingreens World

AI for Sales Enablement

We designed a conversational AI-powered chatbot to make learning and organisational knowledge easily accessible to teams across Wingreens. It enabled staff to access key information, step-by-step guidance, and refresher content anytime, anywhere. This approach supported continuous learning, improved on-the-job performance, and reduced training time—especially in fast-paced, field-based roles, and can be effective for diverse learning contexts.
