UNESCO Myanmar
Online Courses for Myanmar Community Teachers
Development of 12 online
courses for community teachers on
disaster risk reduction, safe schools, climate
change, and gender transformative education. Behaviour-focused learning design using learning science principles to manage cognitive load and maximize retention and impact for emergency context.


Patang India
Gender Champion Course
We designed a highly interactive 7-module Gender Champion Course with Patang India to empower youth with critical awareness of gender, identity, privilege, masculinity, and unpaid care work. Through interactive and reflective activities, the course equips youth to challenge stereotypes, advocate for equality, and build more inclusive communities.
UNESCO MGIEP
Digital Teacher Online Course
When at UNESCO, Shraddha led the development of the Digital Teacher Online Course which has been implemented in over 9 countries including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Maldives, Mexico, South Africa, Jordan with over 175,000 teachers.

Digital Stewardship Courses
We developed 9 mobile-based micro-modules for leaders and administrators of online communities on fostering online engagement, building online collaborations, digital rights and inclusion, managing misinformation and hate speech, and other topics. These courses provide practical frameworks and tools to foster engagement, growth, and collaborative in online spaces.
GIZ & Swayam
AI & Data Science Courses
Our team members consulted with GIZ to create application-focused online courses on AI and Data Science to upskill young
people from social science backgrounds. The courses were made on SWAYAM—India's largest open-course government-led platform. The program introduces foundational concepts, real-world applications, and ethical considerations of AI. It equips learners with future-ready skills to apply data-driven solutions for development and innovation.


UNICEF India
Technical Guidelines on Engaging the Most Marginalised Youth
Shraddha Rawat led the development of technical guidelines on engaging marginalized youth in educational and skilling programs—a joint initiative of UNICEF, UNHCR, and UNFPA. The guidelines offer practical strategies to help practitioners design programs that address systemic barriers for greater inclusion and assess their programs from the lens of inclusion using the 'RAISE-TM Assessment tool.'
University of Stirling
Faculty Development Program -
AI for Teaching, Learning & Research
We conducted a 2-day faculty training on AI for Teaching, Learning, and Research at the University of Stirling (RAK Campus, UAE). The program combined hands-on exploration of 10+ AI tools with critical discussions on ethical and responsible use. This resulted in improvements across several key areas, with 88% of participants discovering new tools to enhance and create teaching materials, 35% gaining confidence in using AI for literature reviews and guiding students, and more!


Wingreens World
AI for Sales Enablement
We designed a conversational AI-powered chatbot to make learning and organisational knowledge easily accessible to teams across Wingreens. It enabled staff to access key information, step-by-step guidance, and refresher content anytime, anywhere. This approach supported continuous learning, improved on-the-job performance, and reduced training time—especially in fast-paced, field-based roles, and can be effective for diverse learning contexts.
